Cassette Brushes type
We are the only manufacturer of mechanical brooms using cassette brushes.
This innovative brush design collects debris faster, with the rebound effect of the blades efficiently propelling material into the accumulation bin.
The blade configuration minimizes wear, extending the brush’s lifespan.
By manufacturing our own brush cores, we integrate 20 blades, achieving an outer diameter of 36 inches.
Easy maintenance: Simply remove a locking mechanism at the end of the brush to slide out the blades from the side.

Hydraulic Oil Cooler

We route the oil return through the water tank, using the water’s thermal capacity to cool the oil. This system is both simple and efficient.
Additionally, the aluminum water tank helps dissipate heat effectively.
Water kit
Our brooms can be optionally equipped with a water kit.
The water kit includes a spray bar installed in front of the broom, a water tank, and a pump. This system reduces dust by moistening the material in front of the broom.
Additionally, the water helps cool the brush, reducing wear and extending its lifespan.
Maintenance-free pivot point
All pivot points on our brooms are maintenance-free.
They are equipped with plastic bushings that do not require lubrication.
This type of pivot is ideal for a mechanical broom as it is not affected by dust.
